Flatbed Services

A Precise Fit for Serious Freight.

Machinery, construction materials, and freight that needs room to move. We offer standard flatbeds, step decks, lowboys, and removable gooseneck trailers—including multi-axle RGNs with different well and deck lengths.

Flatbeds provide open access for loading. Step decks accommodate taller freight, while lowboys and RGNs offer lower decks for larger equipment, with removable goosenecks allowing suitable machinery to drive aboard. We match the configuration to your dimensions, weight, and loading needs.

The equipment fits the load. The communication stays consistent.

THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT / EVERY DIMENSION

Room for the exceptional.

From a clean, open deck to a specialized heavy-haul configuration. Explore the dimensions, then let us match the trailer to your freight.

Standard Flatbed48′ & 53′ DECKS
  • Deck: 48′ or 53′ long, typically 8′6″ wide.
  • Configuration: Typically two trailer axles.
  • Planning payload: Up to approximately 48,000 lb, depending on the tractor and trailer.
  • Ideal for: Steel, building materials, and freight loaded from the side or above.
Step Deck37′–43′ LOWER DECKS
  • 48′ trailer: Typically a 37′–38′ lower deck with a 10′–11′ upper deck.
  • 53′ trailer: Typically a 42′–43′ lower deck with a 10′–11′ upper deck.
  • Configuration: Typically two trailer axles; planning payload up to approximately 46,500 lb.
  • Ideal for: Taller machinery and equipment that benefit from a lower loading height.
Lowboy & Removable Gooseneck24′ & 25′9″ WELL EXAMPLES
  • 35-ton RGN: 24′ well, two trailer axles; manufacturer structural rating of 70,000 lb in 12′.
  • 55-ton RGN: 25′9″ well, three trailer axles; manufacturer structural rating of 110,000 lb in 12′.
  • 60-ton RGN: 25′9″ well, three trailer axles; manufacturer structural rating of 120,000 lb in 12′.
  • Loading: A detachable gooseneck lets suitable machinery drive onto the low deck.
Extendable RGN32′6″–54′ DECK CONFIGURATIONS
  • Example deck lengths: 32′6″, 34′, 38′, 42′6″, 46′6″, 50′6″, and 54′.
  • Configuration: Three or four trailer axles, with a 3+1 spread available on suitable equipment.
  • Manufacturer structural rating: A 55-ton example supports 110,000 lb under its specified load-support conditions. Extension changes the required support span.
  • Ideal for: Longer machinery and specialized loads that need additional deck length.
Multi-Axle & Modular RGN28′ BASE DECK + SPECIALIZED CONFIGURATIONS
  • Deck: A 28′ base-deck example can accommodate engineered deck inserts for additional length.
  • Configuration: Four- and five-trailer-axle arrangements, including 3+2 spread configurations on suitable equipment.
  • Manufacturer structural example: A 65-ton, five-axle configuration is rated for 130,000 lb in 14′.
  • Designed around your load: Well length, axle spacing, boosters, and load placement are coordinated together.

Dimensions and capacities are planning references, not a guarantee of available equipment or legal payload. RGN figures above are manufacturer structural ratings for specific configurations. Actual shipment limits depend on equipment, load distribution, route, permits, and axle weights. Axle counts refer to the trailer only. Send us your dimensions and weight—we’ll confirm the right fit.
